The Customer Authority Level (CAL) feature in Parts.cat.com (PCC) lets you manage and control orders before sending them to WesTrac. With this CAL, your user can be assigned as a manager allowing you to assign roles to other users and oversee any orders created. This adds an additional level of control to any purchases by allowing you to customize, accept, reject, and add a note to orders before sending it to WesTrac.
