How do I pay with Cat Credits?

You can use and pay with Cat Credits in two different ways, Cat Central and parts.cat.com. 

Paying on parts.cat.com

On parts.cat.com, Cat Credits can be used as the sole payment method or in combination with a
credit card. To use and pay with Cat Credits on parts.cat.com, follow the below steps:

1. At checkout, choose any delivery method and navigate to the Summary and Payment screen. 
2. Choose Cat Credits in the BILLING METHOD drop-down
3. Enter the Cat Credits certificate number and expiration date, and click APPLY CREDITS.
4. You should now see them applied in the order subtotal section at the bottom of the page. You will also see your remaining order balance if applicable. 
5. To pay with additional Cat Credits, select Cat Credits in the ADDITIONAL BILLING METHOD drop-down and repeat the above process. A maximum of 10 Cat Credits can be applied in a single order. 
6. If there is still a balance remaining on your order after applying you Cat Credit/s you may choose Dealer Credit or Credit Card in the ADDITIONAL BILLING METHOD drop-down. 
7. Once complete, select PLACE ORDER to complete your order. 

Paying on Cat Central

On the Cat Central app, Cat Credits can be used as the sole payment method or in combination with dealer credit or a credit card. To use and pay with Cat Credits on Cat Central, follow the below steps:

1. At checkout, choose any delivery method and navigate to the Summary and Payment screen. 
2. Choose Cat Credits in the BILLING METHOD drop-down
3. Enter the Cat Credits certificate number and expiration date, and click APPLY CAT CREDITS.
4. You should now see them applied in the order subtotal section at the bottom of the page. You will also see your remaining order balance if applicable.
