Warning: Any order that is Pending Approval will expire 90 days from the order submission date.
Searching for expired orders
Submitters can search for expired orders in the ORDER HISTORY SEARCH PAGE.
- Navigate to the ORDER HISTORY page
- Click the SEARCH OPTIONS drop down
- Select 'Expired' under the STATUS field.
- Submitters can also sort results by Order Status to show Expired Orders at the top of the list from the following pages: ORDER HISTORY SEARCH page, ORDER HISTORY DETAILS page, and the MY RECENT ORDERS on the CONTROL CENTRE home page.
Approvers and Managers can search for expired orders on the ORDERS TO APPROVE page.
- Search for expired orders using the EXPIRATION DATE search filter under the SEARCH OPTIONS
Viewing order expiration status and date on orders
Expired orders will have the EXPIRED status, and the EXPIRATION DATE displayed on the following pages:
- Pending Orders Details page
- Order History Details page
The expiration date will be added for all pending orders in the following locations:
- Orders to Approve widget in the Control Centre
- Orders to Approve page
- In reminder emails
Orders to Approve widget in the Control Centre & Orders to Approve page:
- The count of expiring orders that will expire within 7 days from their expiration date will be displayed in the table reminder in the Orders to Approve page and widget in the Control Centre.
- The MANAGE VIEW modal has a checkbox to enable the Expiration Date column
Reminder emails:
In the reminder email, the expiration date column will be colour coded based on how soon the order will expire.
