Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To ensure your data is secure, all users of the FitFleet Customer Portal are required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication to log into and access their portal account.
WesTrac requires the use of an Authenticator app as this provides the highest level of security. You have the option to choose from Google, Microsoft or Okta Verify Authenticators and you will be asked to set this up when you first sign up to your FitFleet Customer Portal account.
See below for steps to set up your preferred app:
1. FitFleet Portal open on your desktop device
2. Your smartphone (iOS or Android)
3. One of the following apps installed: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Okta Verify.
