How do I track my parts orders in the FitFleet Customer Portal?
Navigate to the Parts Dashboard () on the left-hand side navigation menu.
Overview tab
Here, the Parts tile will display an overview of your Orders in Progress, Parts out for Delivery, and Parts on Back Order. These can be selected individually to view details of orders and parts under each category.
Orders & Parts tabs
You can view a summary of your current orders and their details under the Orders tab. You can select any order and view related parts for that specific order directly under this tab or click through the link to view them under the Parts tab.
Individual parts and their details from those current orders can be found under the Parts tab.
Progress status for orders and individual parts related to the orders (under both Orders and Parts tab) include:
- Open
- Received (order received by WesTrac)
- In Progress (WesTrac is working on your order)
- Ready to Collect
- Collected
- Ready to ship
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Invoiced
- Back Order
Complete tab
Under the Complete tab, you can view all collected and delivered parts as well as their invoices. To view the invoice, select the part and the View Invoice option. You will then be directed to the Finance Dashboard.
If the invoice hasn't been paid, you will see the number “1” under the Outstanding tab in the Invoice List tile. Select the invoice to view it or take other actions as needed.
Parts Search
Either type detail about your parts/orders in the search bar and press enter, or, for a more accurate search, select the filter button on the right of the search bar.
You can use as many of the available filters as you like. These filters include:
- PO Number
- Document Number
- Part Number
- Status Dropdown
If you make a mistake, you can clear these search filters at any time. You can also export the results of your invoice search to a CSV file for your records.
Where do I view my core returns?
The Core Returns tile, to the right of the Parts tile, displays information about your outstanding core returns, in a list format.
Here, you can view the details on each of your outstanding core returns broken down by:
- PO Number
- Document Number
- Part Number
- Invoice Date
- Refund (Full); and
- Refund (Damaged).
How do I buy parts online through the FitFleet Customer Portal?
Select Buy Parts on the left-hand side navigation menu. You will then be taken to Parts.Cat.Com where you can log in and buy parts online.
