How do I register my Cat® attachment for warranty?
If you purchased your attachment separately from your machine, it must first be registered. To do this, complete the online attachment warranty registration form.
What information do I need from the invoice?
You will require the following information from your invoice:
- Invoice Number
- WesTrac Customer Number
What information do I need from the Serial Plate?
The serial plate can be found on your attachment and the location varies by model. See below for examples of the two types of serial plate.
You will require the following information from the serial plate:
- Serial Number
- Worktool Number
- Attachment Model
