How do I access support for the FitFleet Customer Portal?
There are two ways you can contact WesTrac for support within the portal: via live chat or submitting a help form.
When logged in, a live chat window will pop up in the bottom right for you to chat with our team if you wish to. You can also access it by selecting Chat on the left-hand side navigation menu.
The live chat is operated by one of our team members generally during work hours (AEST). You can submit a help form instead if the live chat option isn’t available.
To submit a help form, select Help on the left-hand side navigation menu and fill out the form information. We endeavour for a first response within two business days.
How do I access other resources via the FitFleet Customer Portal?
Selecting Links on the left-hand side navigation menu will take you to a page of useful resources that you might need, including:

- Portal updates and support resources
- Current WesTrac promotion
- Links to Cat digital systems like SIS 2.0, VisionLink, Cat Inspect and Parts.Cat.Com
Once you log in to Cat systems from the FitFleet Customer Portal links for the first time, you will not be required to re-enter your logins to access them in future.
You can also log in to Parts.Cat.Com by selecting the shortcut link Buy Parts on the left-hand side navigation menu.
