Follow this guide to create an account on Parts.cat.com.

How to Register

Step 1: Register at Parts.cat.com

Click this link: https://parts.cat.com/westrac to direct you to the main page.
On the right-hand side, click on the Sign-In button, then and click Register.

Step 2: Fill in Personal Details

Fill in your personal details as provided and select Next to fill your address. Then:

If you have an existing WesTrac Customer Number, select Company; or
If you don't have a WesTrac customer number, select Individual.

Note: Under Address, provide your company name and account number if you have an existing WesTrac trading account/WesTrac Customer Number.

[Select Company if you are registering with an existing WesTrac Trading Account.]

[Enter Company name and Trading Account Details under Dealer Customer Number if known.]

Step 3: Verify Account Security

You will be asked to choose how you would like to verify your account. Once provided, enter your verification code sent to you. Click next and setup your password

Tip: If it's an email verification, highlight the black box to receive your verification code.

Warning: Only CWS_Login@cat.com will send you your verification code. Never click any links provided by any other email address.

Step 4: Welcome to Parts.cat.com!

Congratulations! Once your password has been setup, you can now order Genuine Cat Parts at Parts.cat.com.

Note: If you self-registered under a company name and WesTrac Customer Number, Please allow 24hrs for your registration to be approved. Once approved, you will be able to access special pricing and purchase under Dealer Credit

What if I received an invite to complete a registration for a Parts.cat.com account?

There are two ways to receive a request to complete your registration for a Parts.cat.com account:

Caterpillar will email you from Caterpillar Inc.<invite-donotreply@cat.com>. Clicking the link provided will direct you to Parts.cat.com to accept your registration. Example pictured below.
A WesTrac team member will email you from an email address with the @westrac.com.au domain with a link to accept your Parts.cat.com registration.

Your email address and Dealer Customer Number/WesTrac Trading Account will be pre-filled.
