Follow this article to place an order from a quote link sent by our Parts team.
How to Place an Order
1. Sign-in
If you have an existing CAT Account, click Sign-in then proceed to checkout or register.

Note: You can still order without creating an account and proceed as guest.
2. Choose your preferred shipping method
Choose either Pickup or Delivery. This will calculate any backorder freight changes (if any) and any applicable outbound freight charges if you watn the order delivered via our Courier service (provided by Toll). You can also review your parts list, any line item notes as well as parts availability including backorder locations and lead times by turning on "Show Availability by Source"
Pickup
If all parts are in stock, click the small triangle to open the drop down menu amd click Standard Backorders (Free into Store) under Pickup Instructions. Tick the box next to "Yes, I Accept" and click Continue to Payment & Summary.
Delivery
Under Delivery Address, click the small triangle to open drop down menu where you can select from your list of saved delivery addresses. To manually enter a new delivery address, leave the Delivery Address on the default selection and click edit. Enter the receiver's name, delivery address and contact information and click Update.
If all parts are in stock, and no outbound freight quote is required. Under "Delivery Instructions" click the small triangle to open the drop down menu and select Standard Backorders (Free into Store). Tick the box next to "Yes, I Accept and click Continue to Payment & Summary.
Backorders
If parts are on backorder. or an outbound freight quote is required (or both). Change the Pickup/Delivery Instructions to "Express Backorders" and click "Calculate Freight" this will generate the airfreight/outbound freight and add it to your Order Subtotal. Tick the box next to "Yes, I Accept" and click Continue to Payment & Summary.
3. Review your Order
Review your parts and details are correct. If you have a Purchase Order (PO) enter details as required and click "Place Order".
Tip: For purchases under Dealer Credit, Select the drop down arrow under Billing Method and select "Dealer Credit".
4. Order Confirmation
You have now placed your order! The order confirmation page will summarize the order information as well as allow you to share the order confirmation via email to others, as well as export as PDF, CSV and Excel formats. When the order dispatches for delivery or is ready for collection, you will automatically receive an email notification letting you know.
